Elevating Every Listing

Offering Home Staging Services in Caledon, Orangeville & the GTA

At Rüme Design, we believe staging should feel intentional, elevated, and deeply connected to the way people want to live. Our staging services are designed for homeowners, realtors, and builders who want more than furniture placement — they want a thoughtful presentation that creates an emotional connection the moment someone walks through the door.

Initial Consultation

Starting at $200.00 +HST

Every project starts with an in home or virtual consultation. Our consultation is designed to provide thoughtful, professional guidance on the details that can make the greatest impact when preparing your home for market. During the walkthrough, we assess each space and identify opportunities to enhance the overall presentation — from layout and styling recommendations to decorative lighting, and finishing updates that help create a stronger connection with potential buyers.

Our Design-Led Process

01. Initial Inquiry & Discovery

We begin with a conversation to learn more about the property, timeline, target buyer, and overall goals for the listing. Whether the home is vacant, occupied, newly built, or undergoing final preparations for market, this step allows us to determine the level of staging and support required.

02. Property Walkthrough & Assessment

During the walkthrough, we carefully assess each space and identify opportunities to enhance the home’s presentation and market appeal. We provide thoughtful guidance on layout, styling, lighting, paint selections, decluttering, and any recommended updates that may help create a stronger first impression for potential buyers.

03. Proposal & Project Planning

Following the assessment, we prepare a detailed staging proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and staging recommendations tailored specifically to the property. Once approved, we begin coordinating scheduling, inventory planning, and any additional sourcing required for the project.

04. Home Preparation

Before installation, we guide homeowners, realtors, or builders through the preparation phase to ensure the property is market-ready. Depending on the home, this may include cleaning, painting, minor repairs, furniture editing, or simple styling adjustments that help elevate the final presentation.

05. Curated Design & Sourcing

With a design-led approach, we thoughtfully curate furnishings, artwork, textiles, and accessories to complement the style and architecture of the home. Every project is individually planned to create a cohesive atmosphere that feels warm, intentional, and easy for buyers to connect with.

06. Staging Installation

On installation day, our team transforms the space through strategic furniture placement, layering, styling, and final detailing. We focus on creating balanced, inviting interiors that highlight the home’s strongest features while ensuring the property feels polished and move-in ready for photography and showings.

07. Staging Removal

After the property has sold or the staging term has ended, our team coordinates the removal process efficiently and professionally. We aim to make every stage of the experience seamless, organized, and supportive from beginning to end.
